Q. How long can I stay in the house?

 

A. As many years as you like, the tenancy

 

     agreement will need to be updated

 

     every year.

 

 

 


Q. Is there a minimum contract period?

 

A. Yes. The mortgage company requires a three year

 

     tenancy agreement to be signed before completion.

 

 

 

Q. How is the rent paid?

 

A. The first 36 months will be deducted from the purchase price,

A. Houses worth between £50,000 & £120,000 are most applicable.

 

 

 


Q. What insurance do I need?

 

A. KRD will insure the property.

 

     You, the tenant, insure the contents.

 

 

 

Q. What other costs are involved?

 

A. Your own legal fees for the sale, you are also responsible for council tax, water rates etc.

 

 

 

Q. Will my rent be increased?

 

A. Following the initial 3 year period, rents will only be increased in line with interest rates.

 

 

 


Q. What will KRD Associates gain from the deal?

     has already been appointed, you will have to
